Not Fast, Not Slow – Some reviewers complain that the snow blower is too slow but I found the speeds reasonable for a two-stage snow blower. The three speeds are very comparable to the first three gears of my gas snow blower. My gas snow blower has a 4th gear that I seldom use (too fast with snow/ice on the drive) and won’t miss.
Snowblower Reviews for Pros. In the north it's difficult to separate the Pros from the homeowners who like to "get 'er done", but the difference may not matter.

installed these on my 20 year old toro snow blower. Some slight mods had to be made by using slightly smaller bolts. Bolts supplied were a bit too long for my snow blower. Makes it glide so much easier on all different types of surfaces and did not leave any marks. very happy with

“Driving” or operating the snowblower is, well, an interesting dance to learn. It is so powerful and the tracks stick so well, we constantly found ourselves falling to the ground while Big Red stared at us. Also, as much as we tried (and trust me I did), I failed to get it stuck or into a situation it couldn’t blow its way through.
